Parking suggestions for the congregation: If you are able-bodied, give thanks to God!! (and park farther away from the doors).  If you are mobility-challenged for any reason (heart, balance, broken-leg), we encourage you to park near the Education Wing doors or on Governor near the Office Entrance.

Youth Christmas Musical: rehearsals continue, from noon to 2:00 p.m. The Musical will be presented at 8:15 and 10:30 in the Sanctuary on December 13.

The annual pecans have arrived. Please go to Room 104 to purchase as many as you want. They will be gone fast, so don’t wait too long. -Barb Holman, Elizabeth Circle President

Hospitals: Carole Temple is a patient at Memorial Medical Center. Buda Shofner was recently moved to Villa Care East in Sherman. Harry Bauereiss was recently moved to Lewis Memorial. Judy Schnepp was released and returned home.

Mission Miles Pennies UMW are again saving pennies for Mission Miles. The “money jar” will be on the table in the Narthex.

The flowers on the altar this morning are given to the glory of God in memory of their father, Danny, on his birthday today by John and Mark Yarko.

Join Bells in Motion, the nationally-renowned handbell ensemble, as they herald in the holidays with their holidays with their “Ringing in the Season” performances. Two concerts will be presented: Saturday, November 28 at 7:00 p.m. at Laurel United Methodist Church, Springfield; and Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at United Presbyterian Church, Peoria. Admission is $10 and is payable at the door prior to each concert.

Kumler Food Basket: For the month of November, peanut butter and jelly/jam will be collected. Place your items in the labeled tub in the Fellowship Area.
